The Fermentation Crock
I felt there was a strong need for this (Old yet New) form of food preparation and working alongside the farmers at the market just seemed like a natural fit.
My love of the pickled anything and of course wine, cheese and beer, well it seemed the only right thing to do. There is a plethora of information on Google search, for recipes and the health benefits of using fermented foods. I won't list them but I will direct you to go and do your own research, I will just say one thing, HEALTHY GUT!

This custom fermentation crock first came about as one of those A-Ha customer requests asked by a young woman if I ever make them and I said "no, but I will" and I did! The two half disk's help keep the vegetables submerged in their own liquids while fermentation is happening.
